The confidentiality of anyone contacting or working with the Stephanie Nicole Parze Foundation (SNPF) will be strictly enforced.
Under no circumstances, may any SNPF volunteers. disclose, reveal, give out, discuss, or sell any information pertaining to any clients, victims, survivors or other foundation members to anyone other than an officer of the SNPF or someone approved by an officer of the SNPF.
Officers of the SNPF, may use / divulge, release confidential information if necessary to assist in the foundation's mission to assist / help victims, survivors or missing persons, etc. as they see fit to do so. They should keep within the scope of the given situations. This includes allowing other authorized personnel with outside agencies or organizations when necessary.
Case reports for DV or SA may be discussed for training or informational purposes but without reference to any identifiable content at SNPF meetings. Missing Persons Information does not apply and may be used in order to assist in searching for that person(s).
Limited Information pertaining to other SNPF volunteers may be given to others in the SNPF for business purposes only. Information is limited to, A Cell phone number, Email Address, and Name. Any other information needed can only be given out by the person in question directly or, if permission has been obtained from said person. Exp. A home address or social media account name. Etc.
The Human Resources Department will have access to all SNPF volunteers.
Applications and all Information therein. Any and all information obtained by the HR department may only be released to an officer of the SNPF.
Any SNPF volunteers breaching / violating this Privacy Policy will be subject to disciplinary action by the President / Executive Board, up to and including expulsion from the SNPF. Violators also may open themselves up to litigation brought by the person whose information was divulged.
Speaking to the Media / Press regarding client cases and information is not permitted by SNPF Volunteers. All media requests for information. Interviews, etc must be referred to an officer of the SNPF for comment. The Media committee will seek approval of the President, Sr. Vice President or Vice President before releasing any foundation related publicity, materials or information to the media for re-publication. At no time will DV or SA case information be released by the committee. Missing Persons identifying information may be released in an effort to locate the MP.
