MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS

As a Regular Member of the SNPF you are the operational and hands-on side of the foundation. All of the inner workings of the foundation are accomplished mostly through our regular membership.


As a Regular Member the following requirements will be put into effect as of January 1, 2025. All Regular Members must adhere to these requirements to remain a Regular Member in good standings going forward.


Regular Members that have maintained good standings for Four (4) consecutive years from their "Vote in Date" into the SNPF, will be eligible for Life Members status. Life member status must be voted on by the voting body and if a majority "Yes vote" is received the Regular Member will be granted life membership. Life Members will no longer have to meet the SNPF requirements, however, Life Members are expected and are urged to continue to participate as much as possible, whenever possible.


Requirements:

  • Complete and submit a Regular Membership Application.
  • When notified by the SNPF via email, complete the background check request form and submit it within 7 days of the notification.
  • Pass the general background check.
  • Applicants must receive a majority "YES VOTE" at the next business meeting to become a Regular Member.
  • Must attend a minimum of FGUR (4} business (zaom) mee#ings in a 12 month period.
  • Must volunteer a minimum of 35 hours in a 12 month period,
  • Must volunteer at two (2) major foundation events a minimum of 6 hours at each in a 12 month period.
  • Must adhere to the SNPF's (COC) Code of Conduct at all times
  • Must adhere to the SNPF Privacy Policies at all times.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality concerning all SNPF matters, internal or external.
  • Must maintain an accurate profile containing up to date information, ie current cell phone number, email address, and mailing address.
  • Acknowledge you will be receiving (sms) text messages from the SNPF for communications purposes.


These requirements will be updated and are subject to change.


Regular Members in good standing after one (1) full year will be granted basic voting privileges during the monthly business meetings and will be able to participate in the Annual Foundation Appreciation Day event. Members must maintain good standings each year in order to keep these privileges.
